  2. As per the Stamp, Duty & Registration letter sent to you, the following payments need to be made on immediate basis via NEFT ONLY, in order to enable us to complete the execution and registration of Agreement for Sale. The Stamp Duty and Registration payment details are as below -
    1. Registration fees of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) or 1% of Agreement value whichever is less.  PLUS (+),
    2. Stamp Duty fees at the prevailing rate of 6% on Agreement Value or Market Value whichever is higher.   1. Local Payments –
    The receipts are subject realization of cheque payment and may take up to 3 to 4 working days to be realized & dispatched to you by courier (In case of local cheque payments only)
  2. Online payments –
    The customer needs to share the UTR/ Payment reference no. and email to crmwestworld@sunteckindia.com , in order receive an acknowledgment/ receipt of payment. Kindly mention your flat details and reason for email on the subject line, e.g., “1A 001 – Payment confirmation”
  1. If the client has paid Stamp duty & Registration amount, they can call the contact center nos. mentioned above and share a preferred schedule for an appointment of registration

Kindly carry the below-mentioned documents along with you on the day of registration:

  1. All the applicants are mandatory to be present to execute the agreement.
  2. Please carry –
    1. Original PAN card and Aadhar Card & photocopy needs to be carried by all applicants
    2. One cheque (Kindly do not mention the amount as the approx. charges are 6500/- however the amount may differ depending upon the number of pages)
    3. 2 passport size photographs for each applicant need to be carried at the time of Registration.
  3. In the case of Power Of Attorney, POA holder should also get above-mentioned documents along with original POA copy.
  4. If Power of attorney holder is coming for registration, The Power of Attorney should be registered and dated within 3 months of stamp duty payment date.
  5. Please share a soft copy of the POA before execution with us so that we can get it to vets from the registrar office.

  1. Any customer in 5:95 scheme needs to share sanction from our impaneled banks within 7 days of booking, to avoid conversion of booking into construction linked payment plan.
  2. The Bank’s representative will call the customer for documentation required to issue a home loan sanction letter
  3. We seek the prompt cooperation of all customers to submit the required documents and share the sanction letter to us via email to crmwestworld@sunteckindia.com Kindly mention your flat details and reason for email on the subject line, e.g., “1A 001 – Bank Sanction Related”
  4. Any sanction other than impaneled Banks will not be considered as part of 5:95 scheme and will be treated as Construction linked payment plan
  1. We send Invoice/ Demand Letters to all customers and a due date is mentioned on the same. The grace period offered for making payments is up to 15 days

The customers will receive an architect certification along with the Invoice. The architect certificate will have an update of the construction stage.
